Предлагаемый "Фотографический атлас анатомии человека" подготовлен с целью облегчения изучения человеческого тела за счет истинного представления о его структурах и в дальнейшем использования полученных знаний при обследовании и лечении больных. В данном атласе представлены фотографии настоящих анатомических препаратов, которые дадут возможность узнавать структуры тела человека в практической работе каждому врачу. План представления анатомических структур в атласе построен по системному принципу и соответствует программе изучения анатомии, включая все ее разделы. Анатомические структуры на страницах атласа показаны таким образом, чтобы у его пользователей сформировалось трехмерное представление о строении тела человека. В отечественной учебной литературе подобное пособие создано впервые.
Названия различных структур, органов, частей тела изложены в соответствии с новыми понятиями и представлениями, принятыми в последние 30-40 лет в морфологии, и в соответствии с терминами Международной анатомической терминологии.
Атлас предназначен не только для студентов медицинских учебных заведений, но и для аспирантов, врачей различных специальностей, научных сотрудников медицинского и биологического профиля.
