В публикуемой монографии проводится сравнительный анализ и систематизация мер, осуществляемых в странах Центральной и Восточной Европы в сфере науки и техники в постсоциалистический период, характеризуются основные компоненты их национальных научно-технических потенциалов, исследуется современное состояние системы международных научных связей.
