Межгосударственным Советом Евразийского экономического сообщества (высший орган таможенного союза] на уровне глав государств Республики Беларусь, Республики Казахстан и Российской Федерации принят Договор о Таможенном кодексе таможенного союза, к которому впоследствии присоединились Республика Армения и Кыргызская Республика. При этом отменяется таможенное оформление в отношении товаров, происходящих из третьих стран и выпущенных в свободное обращение на территории Республики Армения, Республики Беларусь, Республики Казахстан, Кыргызской Республики и Российской Федерации, перемещаемых в пределах таможенных территорий Республики Армения, Республики Беларусь, Республики Казахстан, Кыргызской Республики и Российской Федерации. В настоящем издании приводится полный текст Таможенного кодекса таможенного союза с учетом последних изменений, а также комментарий к нему. Материалы подготовлены с использованием системы ГАРАНТ.
