САВЧЕНКО Дмитрий Николаевич - один из оригинальных мыслителей современной России, ученый, бывший старший научный сотрудник НИИ проблем высшей школы, с 1984 г. занимается проблемой поиска и отбора гениев и талантов в науке, образовании, культуре в рамках нового научного, образовательного, культурологического глобального направления «креатология». Он первым стал широко употреблять термин «креатология», содержательно юридически обозначил авторское право на этот термин и выделил креатологию как самостоятельную междисциплинарную науку и является автором этой науки. В рамках креатологии автор уделил большое внимание интуиции, как главному фактору открытий и инноваций в науке (и в других сферах знаний). Аналитический обзор зарубежных источников и отечественной литературы показал, что автору первому в мире удалось теоретически исследовать интуицию математическими методами. В монографии рассмотрены понятия «талант» и «гений». В этой связи исследованы генетические и наследственные основы гениальности. Уточнены содержательные аспекты вопроса о границах между талантом и гением. Впервые в мировой практике теоретически всесторонне исследована проблема поиска и отбора гениев и талантов с целью дальнейшего использования их инноваций в различных сферах науки, культуры, других отраслях. Показано, что ресурс (гении и таланты), который назван в книге «интеллектуальной элитой» является для любого государства самым важным. Это важнее нефти, газа, электричества и т.д. Это означает, что, обладая таким ресурсом, можно сделать невероятный прорыв в технологии, экономике, науке, образовании, вооруженных силах, словом победить в конкурентной борьбе. Вот почему были ценны Королев, Курчатов, Келдыш, Ландау, П. Капица, Сахаров. Вот почему СССР в свое время был первым в космической гонке и в ядерной физике. В книге показано, что по использованию этого ресурса Россия отстает от США, Франции, Японии на 50 лет. Автор показал актуальность и важность этого главного для России ресурса, он впервые теоретически поставил эту проблему, которая до него вообще не рассматривалась.
