В пособии предлагается комплексное изучение группы несклоняемых имен в русском языке. Выявляется и анализируется идеографическое поле несклоняемых имен на лингвистическом уровне, определяется роль аналитизма в современном русском языке и тенедеции его развития с помощью несклоняемых имен. Рассматриваются возможные способы реализации грамматических категорий на синтагматическом уровне, компенсирующие морфологическую имплицитность несклоняемых слов. Прослеживается становление нормы для несклоняемых имен с точки зрения норм современного русского языка, а выявленные грамматические и лортологические предпочтения определяют методические перспективы их изучения.
