"Сумма теологии" --- одна из важнейших книг европейского Средневековья, принадлежащая перу выдающегося католического мыслителя Фомы Аквинского, известного также как Ангельский Учитель. В данном томе опубликован перевод первых 64 Вопросов первой части "Суммы", которые повествуют главным образом о существовании Бога и Его атрибутах (таких как неизмеримость, неизменность, мудрость, обладание жизнью и волей и т.д.). Кроме того, в данном томе представлена тринитарная доктрина Фомы Аквинского, интерпретация библейского учения о сотворении мира, а также концепция причинно-следственных отношений, существующих между творением и Творцом. Завершает том ряд вопросов, посвященных духовным сущностям (ангелам).
